Agreed, remove NYU. Maybe consider Rutgers and UBuffalo since I know UB gives IS tuition after first year.
Otherwise, I don't have much to say about the list. It is top heavy, but you have the stats to back it up. I think BU, and Tufts are good safetys I'd also think maybe Temple would be a better substitute to NYU.
Wouldn't worry about the W. You might have to mention (in the application) why you have a W on your transcript but just mention you took the wrong course and that should be fine. I think I'd like to see a little more volunteer hours at the food bank, but otherwise just get your app submitted in June and I'd imagine you have a good shot. UoP will be interesting, only real outlier on the list given it's west coast but if you'd attend I'd keep it.

I don't see UNESOD on the list. They have some recruitment events scheduled. Can you attend?

I checked UNE but I lack some of the pre-reqs for them. Otherwise I would've added them!

after taking out nyu, you have this
UPitt
Tufts
BU
UConn
UMD
UoP
Stony Brook
Penn
Harvard
Columbia
the problem is that the 4 highlighted schools are in the top 8-10 most difficult schools to get into in the country (outside of texas publics)
your stats are in the range, certainly, but with that top heavy of a list, you might want to add one or two more
agree with ryxn that buffalo and rutgers are good choices

Ok. But you could still attend their events.
