If you’re like me, your Australia Day will be filled with BBQs and picnic celebrations. It’s a great time to kick back, relax and enjoy friends and family, but it can also be a time that’s filled with anxiety about what to eat. One of the hardest things about SIBO is learning how to navigate social events, especially those that revolve around food.

That’s why I’ve rounded up my favourite SIBO-friendly BBQ and picnic recipes. These recipes are super handy make-ahead options that you can take to along with you to your Australia Day celebration. Each recipe is so good that even your friends and family will love them (and they’ll have no clue that they’re SIBO-friendly)!
