I made these today and they tasted like snickers bars. I didn't have chocolate chips so just dusted with cocoa powder. Loved it! I might try Jaclyn idea and use crushe nuts next time as well. Thanks for sharing the recipe

These were delicious!! I don’t like chocolate so I used pecan bits and it was amazing. Trying with chopped peanuts next.

I love these. I put the chocolate chips in the mix and then roll the balls. Easier and faster this way. Beside that it’s exactly the same as the recipe. Simple and delicious.

Love these, they were delicious! I used a monk fruit/erythritol sweetener, and added toasted coconut in the coating with semi-sweet chocolate chunks 😋

These were the best that I have found. I doubled the recipe and only got 20 fat bombs bombs, so I must have made them too big. But they are delicious.

Mine definitely didn’t look as pretty. And the yield was only 10 bombs using the x2. Also, I added cinnamon, so yummy. Thanks

These are quick and yummy! My cream cheese wasn't quite softened, so instead of stirring them, I kneaded the "dough." I didn't have sugar-free chocolate chips on hand, so I used sugar-free butterscotch ones, and that works well with the peanut butter.

Delicious and just what I needed to curb my need for a treat. I rolled them in cocao powder and it worked really well

Holy, this recipe is so freakin great. It’s simple but delicious! I use homemade cream cheese, organic peanut butter and locally sourced honey to make this recipe as healthy as something this tasty can be.

These are absolutely delicious! I used Justin’s peanut butter, dark cocoa bits w sea salt, and sliced almonds. I didn’t add any sweetener and they were still amazing!

I made this and used almond butter instead of peanut butter. Amazing!!!!

I followed the recipe & these are delicious!! I will be making these again for sure! Make smaller than a golf ball & you will get 12 🙂

Super happy with this recipe. I got diagnosed with gestational diabetes, and have been having a hard time satisfying a sweet craving in my final weeks. These feel indulgent and are super easy to make! For my next batch, I might add a half cup of rice krispies to give it a little more crunch for not a lot of extra carbs.I doubled the recipe and used chunky all natural pb, and came up with 18 tbs sized balls.

  • Rachel

    2022-01-16 16:21:17

I doubled the recipe and came out with 12 balls using a small cookie scoop (probably half the size of a golf ball). Using Philadelphia cream cheese, Adams creamy no-stir peanut butter, King Arthur sweetener, and 60 grams of melted 63% dark chocolate discs (not artificially sweetened), they came out to about 3.5 carbs each. Very tasty but yes, the quantities produced are way off.

  • Wendy

    2021-12-20 00:23:06

590 calories for the cream cheese and peanut butter (total). Divide the number of balls to get the "per ball" calorie. If you use the chocolate chips you need to account for those.

  • thomas

    2021-12-19 10:50:54

Loved it but I agree got about 8 golf ball sized but that was doubling the recipie. also if u use a mixer u can mix it longer and it gets extreamly fluffy and creamy so good. I would suggest freezer only to thinking them to cover in chocaloate and then use the fridge because they get rock hard in freezer and taste better in the creamy form. Of course who would not eat them in a week or less even one a day? dont need to store in freezer but great wish there was a calorie break down and macros for the recipe.

  • Lindsay

    2021-11-07 12:09:39

Delicious!! I doubled the recipe to get more but only ended up with 8 gold size balls. No way the original recipe yields 12 “golf size balls”

  • Sarah

    2021-10-20 15:04:23

This were pretty good - the tangy taste from the cream cheese was great with the chocolate and peanut butter - i want to add some walnuts to mine next time and maybe a bit more sugar. I was able to make 8 1" balls.

  • Elizabeth

    2021-08-08 22:41:30

I think these were really good, but "golf sized balls" do not yield any more than approximately 8 balls. Regardless, very good recipe!

What a treat! Easy to make and so delicious.

  • Diane Stein

    2021-06-14 19:36:16

The recipe made about 20 for me. They were probably the size of the tip of my thumb. Just a perfect sized bite. I used my sugar free salt free homemade peanut butter and used salted butter. I dipped them into melted sugar free chocolate chips with a bit of coconut oil mixed in. Stored them in the freezer. So good!

  • Sue Poole

    2021-05-03 18:13:17

They are super delicious and I'm thrilled to have this healthy snack however, there is no way this makes more than 2-3 golf sized balls. I was lucky to get 6 large marble sized balls. You may wish to check your amounts. Several other folks have commented on this in the review section as well.

    2021-04-27 07:42:12

This sounds yummy! I haven't made them yet but it says 12 servings and to make them golf ball size. 4oz of cream cheese and 2oz of PB... I can't see this being enough to make 12 golf ball sized bombs. ?

  • Nicole

    2021-04-19 19:11:12

These are amazing. I try to stay 100% sugar free so I used cacao nibs, bocha sweet, and of course Adams PB. I’ve made these multiple times, each time adding something new. The original recipe is the best texture so far.

  • Ana

Great recipe! Only recommendations is to keep mixing when you think it is done because the cream cheese and peanut butter don't mix easily

    2021-02-07 15:39:50

Excellent! The first time i made them i kept adding more sweetener thinking they were bland. The second time i noticed my special peanut butter head no salt. Added some, it blended smoothly right away, and tasted amazing! TLDR; pro tip - add salt to sweet stuff and make oil blend back into PB

I was looking for a recipe for some leftover whipped cream cheese and found this. After leaving the cream cheese out for a half an hour, I whipped this together in about 5 minutes and it was AWESOME! I didn't even bother scooping into balls, I just left it in the cream cheese container in the fridge and took a spponful as a snack every now and then! A great treat to interrupt the suffering of keto! ;-)
